Help us fund research to slow, stop or reverse Parkinson’s
The Alex Flynn Award was created to recognise and celebrate those who have ‘gone the extra mile’ in their quest to fundraise for The Cure Parkinson’s Trust. In early 2014, Alex himself was the first recipient! Alex has shown that nothing is impossible. In spite of his Parkinson's diagnosis, Alex has inspired people to give by pushing himself far beyond his limits. If you would like to nominate your special person for the Alex Flynn award we would like to hear from you. We are open to nominations for those individuals who are doing or have done any fundraising for us this year. The award will be judged by a panel to include Alex Flynn, Dr Jon Stamford, Israel Robledo, David Ashford Jones, Tom Isaacs, Jill Carson, Jean Burns and last years winner Norman Yarrow.
The nominations for the 2016 award will be open from the 1st September 2016 - 31st December 2016 The 2016 award winner will be announced on the 11th April 2017. To nominate online please click here
