**Please note that this event is now due to take place virtually between 17 July - 3 August 2020.**

Join the 'Virtual' Ricky Road Run in support of The Cure Parkinson’s Trust (CPT). Now taking place from 17 July - 3 August this annual event has gone virtual for 2020 allowing participants to run the 10 mile race from their own local area so it doesn’t have to be run in Rickmansworth - or even on a road! Once signed up all you have to do is join the Ricky Road Run event group on Strava to record your run on the day – the event organisers will then post your results and virtual 2020 race medal online.

To take part in the 2020 Virtual Ricky Road Run please sign up using the booking button below. There is a £10 registration fee to take part. If you have already secured a place and would like to run in support of CPT we would love to hear from you - please contact Jess.

Running for CPT

We truly appreciate the effort all of our runners put into fundraising for us. In return we will provide:

  • A CPT running vest (made from breathable fabric) and a wristband.
  • CPT fundraising materials including: collection buckets, posters and balloons to help with any fundraising events you might have alongside your challenge.
  • You will be supported by a dedicated member of our team who will be on hand to offer you friendly and efficient support, by phone and e-mail, to help with any questions you may have.
  • The reassurance that the money you raise will be directed towards research in to treatments that have the potential to slow, stop and reverse Parkinson’s.
