Royal Parks Half Marathon 2020 The Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon has quickly become The Cure Parkinson's Trust's (CPT) biggest challenge event of the year, and we want you to join us! Over 16,000 runners take part in the event to conquer its spectacular 13.1 mile route through central London and four of its beautiful Royal Parks in Autumn. As well as all of the fantastic runners that take part, thousands of spectators also join the event for the Food & Fitness Festival to cheer on their friends and family. Charity Place Registration To register your interest in a 2020 Royal Parks Half Marathon CPT charity place please complete our registration form. We ask for a £20 non-refundable deposit and a minimum sponsorship target of £400 for all charity place runners (excluding Gift Aid). If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Julia. Ballot Place Runners The Royal Parks Half Marathon 2020 public ballot is not yet open. Please check back here again soon for more information. If you secure a ballot place and would like to support our research by running for CPT, we would love to hear from you! Please contact Julia. Running for CPT We truly appreciate the effort all of our runners put into fundraising for us. In return we will provide: A CPT running vest (made from breathable fabric) and a wristband. Letters to iron your name on to your running vest so that spectators know who you are and can cheer you on personally! CPT fundraising materials including: collection buckets, posters and balloons to help with any fundraising events you might have alongside your challenge. A cheer point at the Royal Parks Half Marathon at mile 6 and mile 9, where your friends and family can join us to support and cheer you on. You will be supported by a dedicated member of our team who will be on hand to offer you friendly and efficient support, by phone and e-mail, to help with any questions you may have. The reassurance that the money you raise will be directed towards research in to treatments that have the potential to slow, stop and reverse Parkinson’s. Need some fundraising tips?
