Sam Hatfield was CEO of The Cure Parkinson’s Trust from July 2014 until the end of February 2017, after serving as a trustee from April 2012 to July 2014.  He has now moved on to pursue other opportunities.

Since 2014, the charity has expanded greatly, having set up and funded four clinical trials as part of its Linked Clinical Trials initiative. It has also strengthened relationships with key partner organisations globally such as the Michael J Fox Foundation and the Van Andel Institute.  We are grateful to Sam for devoting his time as a trustee and for stepping up as CEO for over 2 years; all at the charity and its trustees wish Sam every success in his new ventures.

Our goal of finding a cure for Parkinson’s will continue to be driven by our President Tom Isaacs, our COO Helen Matthews and the rest of our team and trustees.
