The 30th Anniversary Gulls’ Eggs Luncheon held on 15th May, at Merchant Taylors’ Hall, generously supported by headline sponsor CRUX Asset Management, has raised £122,000 (net) for The Cure Parkinson’s Trust (CPT).

More than 550 of the City’s leading wealth management professionals gathered for this unique networking event. The Luncheon has become firmly established in the City’s social calendar, and has developed a loyal following since its inception 30 years ago.

“The Cure Parkinson’s Trust Annual Gulls’ Eggs Luncheon was sold out a month before its 30th Anniversary. This reflects the truly enduring support of so many people, both perennial and new sources alike. Our three simple aims: to raise funds for a sadly necessary charity, create useful business connections and have a whole heap of fun in the process, have resonated to make this one of the most loved and enduring highpoints in the calendar of people in wealth management and its related sectors. Please join with us as we plan the next three decades.”

Rupert Phelps, Chairman of The Gulls’ Eggs Luncheon Committee

The funds raised for CPT will be directed towards vital research into new treatments to slow, stop and reverse Parkinson’s.

CPT would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended and supported this fantastic event.
