On the 11th of June, 27 gardens in the beautiful Sussex village of Bosham opened their gates to the public. 'Bosham Open Gardens' is a committee led event which takes place every other year. Since 2015, The Cure Parkinson's Trust has been lucky enough to be the beneficiary charity. This event has raised an incredible £15,000.00.

Despite a week of gales and rain leading up to the event, the sun was shinning all day on the 11th. Bosham is a place of true community spirit and it shows. A team of over 100 local volunteers served drinks, baked cakes and acted as hosts in their gardens.

CPT would like to say a huge thank you to the following people for making this event so special. Lucinda Hitchings, Ros Bowen, Rosemary Hanbury and Barry Colgate. We would also like to thank everyone who generously opened their gardens and served refreshments.

'Bosham Open Gardens' will take place again in 2019. For more information please contact Lottie.
