On Thursday 14 October, 54 players enjoyed a round of golf in memory of Cure Parkinson’s late Co-founder and President, Tom Isaacs, raising over £2,000 for Parkinson’s research.

The annual Tom Isaacs Memorial Golf Day, kindly hosted each year by Denham Golf Club, is one of Cure Parkinson’s longest-standing events. This year saw 14 teams compete for the Tom Isaacs ‘inspirational’ trophy which was kindly donated by ‘The South Bank Surveyors’ team, who are regulars to the golf day and great friends of Tom.

A special congratulations goes to the winning team with a score of 93 points. The ‘Winchmoor Hill Sporting Club’, pictured above, was presented with the Tom Isaacs trophy by retired Cure Parkinson’s Trustee and long-time supporter Rick Cawdron.

We would like to thank everyone who took part and who helped make the day an enjoyable success. Thanks also to everyone who donated to the auction and raffle, and to those who bid so generously on the night!
