Staying home? No problem, there are loads of ways you can fundraise from the comfort of your own home and online.

It’s now easier than ever to support us from the comfort of your own home and we’ve got lots of ideas to inspire you, from Friday night quizzes to individual challenges.

Here are some of our favourites:

Calling all quiz masters

Host a virtual pub quiz on your favourite social media platform or video chat. Invite your friends and family and find out who payed attention when they watched QI!

Donate your commute for a week

Donate the money you would otherwise spend on your commute to fund the latest Parkinson’s research. You can do this for a week, a month or until things are running back to normal.

Donate your coffee

Donate the money you would otherwise spend on take away coffee or disappointing coffee shop sandwiches to fund our ongoing clinical trials. It all adds up and every little helps!

Get active for a Cure!

Whether you are a running enthusiast, training for an upcoming event or simply doing your daily home workout, the Fit4Change app will track your mileage and donate 5p for every mile you walk, run or cycle towards our Parkinson’s Research.

Calling all runners and cyclists!

Challenge your friends and family to join you for Run Local or Raid Local, all to raise funds for Cure Parkinson’s without leaving your local area.

Game for a Cure

Whether it’s racing down the rainbow road, a solo Skyrim session or a creative co-op on Minecraft, get online, get streaming and game for a cure. Check out this amazing guide to find out everything you need to know to start fundraising.

Teach an online class

If you’re a yogi, personal trainer or musician you can teach someone a new skill all while raising funds for a cure.

Clean up for a Cure

If you’re having a big clear out, why not sell any old books, clothes and gifts online and donate the proceeds. Try EbayforCharity, Facebook Marketplace or Depop. Marie Kondo would be proud!

10,000 keepy-uppies

Joe Gregory (pictured above, right) set himself the challenge of completing an astonishing 10,000 consecutive keepy-uppies to raise funds for Cure Parkinson’s.

I am very pleased, relieved, and proud to have finally completed the challenge and am very happy to support Cure Parkinson’s in their work in trying to establish a cure for Parkinson’s.
