Ann Albon My next challenge is the London Marathon 26.2 miles!-Sunday 13th April 2014-any donation will be fantastic and greatly appreciated! Thank you Thank you Thank you.... Im looking forward to the event and the amazement of the day... a heartfelt thank you for your support. The Cure Parkinsons Trust is a wonderful charity a passionate and determined team a wonderful group of people and they are 100% committed to finding a cure for this awful disease. Read my story so far. As many of you will know this is a cause very close to my heart. This is for my amazing Dad who has had Parkinsons disease for over 10 years and I will do whatever I can to raise awareness of this debilitating disease-currently there is no cure. This is also for my wonderful mum who is now a carer! I am, of course, running the London Marathon to try and raise as much money as I can, therefore any contribution would be fantastic and very much appreciated! To everyone affected, involved with Parkinsons this is also for you. In this together! Due to a badly sprained ankle two days before the 13.1 mile event in Oct 2013 (gutted) I took part in November90-running 90 miles during the month of November and I ran 110 miles! :-) I plan on a second hand book sale, which will be held 23 March 2014 at Mill Hall Rayleigh. thanks to all who have donated good quality second hand books so far. x Ann Albon
